SunshineList republishes Ontario's “Sunshine List” — the annual disclosure, mandated by the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996, of every public sector employee paid $100,000 or more in a calendar year — as a searchable, comparable site: 3.3M salary records spanning 1996–2025, across 5,711 employers. See Methodology for how the data is sourced, processed and resolved.

Every employer's page for a given year links to a plain CSV of that employer-year's records (name, position, salary paid, taxable benefits, total compensation): /employer/<employer-slug>/<year>/data.csv.

Need a larger cut — a full year, a sector, or a custom slice — than what the per-employer files cover? See Contact; custom cuts are handled case by case, capped at 5 requests per month to protect the live site (a single shared server behind the whole site).

The 2025 Sunshine List includes 404,922 salary records, each reported at or above the $100,000 statutory disclosure threshold set by the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996.
