Method. Figures are salary paid, the same basis person_year_delta and the year page’s movers sections use. A mover is excluded from the raises above when their 2022 record was their first year at Seniors and Accessibility (a partial year, such as a September hire, that a full second year then dwarfs and misreads as an outsized raise), or when their 2023 record is their very last on the Sunshine List — a partial final year before leaving looks identical to a real change in pay until next year's data confirms it. This page does not list pay cuts: even the province-wide 2023 Sunshine List omits cuts for its own most recent year, since a partial final year before leaving looks identical to a real cut until next year’s data arrives — that same reasoning applies to every employer, in every year, so cuts are left off this page entirely rather than showing them in some years and not others.
