Method. Figures are salary paid, the same basis person_year_delta and the year page’s movers sections use. A mover is excluded from the raises above when their 2024 record was their first year at Town of Milton (a partial year, such as a September hire, that a full second year then dwarfs and misreads as an outsized raise).
